Fees: All requests for support services will undergo a review prior to any payment.

- Available to adults aged 18 and over residing in Seattle with an income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, who are also eligible to work in the U.S. and qualify for Basic Food, and do not possess a High School Diploma or GED.
