This program is a voluntary, court-supervised long-term therapeutic initiative designed to tackle the mental health and/or substance use disorder challenges faced by veteran defendants.
Intake Process: Please refer to the website for the necessary referral forms. Written requests to join the program are required.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Eligible participants include veterans who have been honorably discharged or generally under honorable conditions, with a minimum of two years of active duty service, and must qualify for VA Health Care Services. They must also meet specific criteria related to mental health or substance use disorders and demonstrate motivation for lifestyle changes.
