• Applicants must have an income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and countable resources not exceeding $14,100 for individuals or $28,150 for married couples living together. Exempt from countable resources are primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions to Alaskan Natives from Alaska Native corporations. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) with prescription coverage, is required.
