This initiative delivers nutrition assistance and educational resources to low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. Monthly benefits are approximately $150 for a family of two, and during the summer, participants may receive additional vouchers for farmers markets.
Intake Process: To determine eligibility and schedule an appointment, please call. Benefits for farmers markets can be distributed by clinic staff starting in July. Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
