Intake Process: To schedule an intake or assessment appointment, individuals can either call the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form. New patients are required to undergo an assessment with a counselor, which will inform a tailored treatment plan that sets forth the patient’s health objectives.

Fees: The program provides options for self-pay, payment assistance, and a sliding-fee scale based on income, allowing costs to be adjusted according to the patient's financial situation. Medicaid and certain commercial insurances are accepted.
