This program provides long-term, affordable supportive housing for adults with mental illness in houses and single apartments located in West Seattle.
Intake Procedure: To begin the process, reach out to the Housing Manager at Transitional Resources. Typically, callers will speak to a live representative during office hours; if not, they can leave a voicemail. Transitional Resources keeps a waiting list when there are no available units and can offer insights on future openings.
Fees: The program operates on a low-cost or sliding scale basis. It accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and Shelter Plus Care (SPC) vouchers. Generally, rent is set at 30 percent of the tenant's monthly income.

- Eligible participants are homeless adults with mental illness who require subsidized rent and/or support from a peer community. While shelter referrals are welcome, they are not a requirement; individuals can self-refer.
