Unemployment Law Project

This organization provides complimentary information, support, and advocacy, along with low-cost legal representation for workers pursuing unemployment compensation benefits. They also help with appeals for denied unemployment benefits and address concerns related to Washington State's Paid Family and Medical Leave.

Intake Procedure: Prospective clients should call to schedule an intake interview, and may need to make multiple calls.

Fees: All services are provided at no cost. If the organization successfully represents a client at a hearing, they request a donation equivalent to one week's benefits.
