Member Services offers support in locating doctors and other medical services for members. The nurses' hotline can address health-related questions and assist with scheduling doctor's appointments during off-hours.

- Individuals enrolled in a United Healthcare managed care plan. Residents of Washington state who earn at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for this plan if they do not qualify for Medicare. Enrollment in managed care is optional for residents of Clallam, Klickitat, and Skamania.
