Intake Process: You can call or go to the website without needing an appointment. Simply respond to a few questions regarding your condition, request a virtual visit, and you can connect with a healthcare provider via phone or video in approximately 30 minutes.
Costs: The fee is $35 for each visit, and payments are accepted through Visa and MasterCard. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance are not accepted. Generally, the fee for the virtual visit qualifies as an expense for a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), so it's advisable to confirm with your account administrator.
