This program assists individuals in immigration detention to seek their immigration cases outside of confinement, prioritizing those with health issues, primary caregivers, and individuals detained for over three months.
Intake Process: Fill out the online application form and wait approximately two weeks for processing.
Cost: There are no fees involved.
