This initiative enhances communication and fosters mutual understanding between landlords and manufactured homeowners. It addresses conflicts that arise between manufactured homeowners and landlords regarding alleged breaches of the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord Tenant Act.
Intake Procedure: Residents can complete the form online or download a PDF version to fill out and send back via mail or email. Additionally, residents have the option to call and request a form be mailed to them.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Residents of Washington state who own a manufactured or mobile home and rent a lot within a community are eligible. The law defines a "manufactured/mobile home community" as one that has rental spaces for two or more homes. Assistance is not available for individuals who rent their homes, as the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act would apply in those cases.
