This program recruits and evaluates families who wish to adopt children under the care of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.
Intake Method: Please call. The intake line is available for collect calls.
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- General adoption has no restrictions. For Special Needs Adoption, families must have a child under 18 who is legally free (parental rights terminated), has special needs, is in state-funded foster care, or is eligible for federal adoption assistance.
