This series of classes aims to assist participants in adopting the necessary healthy habits to avert type 2 diabetes. It is tailored for individuals aged 18 and above who have either been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at an elevated risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
Intake Procedure: You can register online for an information session, attend in person, or make a phone call.
Fees: The entire cost of the program is usually covered by Traditional Medicare and certain Medicare Advantage plans. For those without Medicare coverage, a sliding fee scale is available.

- Participants must be 18 or older, have a BMI over 25 (or over 23 for Asian individuals), or be at high risk for type 2 diabetes as indicated by specific health criteria, without needing a Y membership.
