- The program is for unpaid adult caregivers aged 18 and above who care for someone aged 60 or older or an adult aged 18 or older with a disability, and they must not be in a crisis situation that requires a referral. It primarily serves Asian Pacific Islander, Eastern European, East African, Latinx, and African-American communities, but is open to other eligible clients in South King County.
