This initiative organizes home repair events where volunteers help renovate the residences of low-income homeowners in the Seattle area, focusing on veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families with children who are unable to do the work on their own.
Application Process: Eligible individuals can either call to request an application or download it from the website to send in by mail. Applications are accepted throughout the year, and it is advisable to schedule an appointment before visiting the office, which does not operate on a daily or consistent schedule.
Cost: There are no fees involved.

- Homeowners earning at or below 50% AMI qualify, while veterans and surviving spouses can earn up to 80% AMI. The service area includes locations from Everett to SeaTac along the I-5 corridor, primarily assisting seniors, individuals with disabilities, families with children under 18, and veterans, with income limits for veteran homeowners set at 80% AMI.
