This program provides support to clients via a structured repayment plan, enabling them to gain advantages from creditors such as reduced interest rates, revised payment terms, and the removal of late and over-limit fees.

Fees: There is a one-time enrollment fee of $25 for the Debt Management Plan (DMP) and a monthly maintenance fee of 15% of the DMP payment, capped at $75 in Washington. Fees may differ in other states, and hardship cases can have fees waived.
