This program offers housing options for low-income individuals and families, with specific accommodations for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Immediate placement is not guaranteed.
Intake Procedure: Prospective applicants need to fill out a housing application. To qualify, individuals must meet our screening criteria, be at least 18 years old, and adhere to the income limits established by HUD. Completing the application in full is essential for eligibility assessment. Additionally, all public housing applicants are required to undergo a criminal background check. The current estimated waiting time can vary based on family size and individual circumstances.
