Provides rehabilitation and support services to adults dealing with severe and ongoing psychosis, focusing on career and educational objectives while offering peer support and access to preventive healthcare and medication.
Intake Process: Referrals are accepted from mental health professionals or hospitals, and a screening must be completed.
Costs: WA Apple Health (Medicaid) is accepted.

- Individuals aged 18 and over residing in Kitsap County who face significant life impairments due to psychosis symptoms and have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, schizophreniform disorder, or another chronic psychotic disorder. The cause of the psychotic symptoms should not be attributed to temporary intoxication, major depression, or other medical issues.
