This initiative provides complimentary case management for mothers dealing with substance use during pregnancy or within 24 months after giving birth. Once participants join the program, they can access services for a duration of three years.
Intake Process: Contact the program to check eligibility and request additional details. Speak with the Clinical Supervisor to undergo screening for program admission.
Costs: There are no fees associated with the program.

- Expectant mothers or those up to 24 months postpartum with a history of substance use, including medication-assisted treatment, and who have had limited success with community services are eligible; the program also accepts clients with children affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
