Participants engage in healthy lifestyle modifications to avert Type 2 diabetes, guided by trained lifestyle coaches who assist in improving dietary choices, boosting physical activity, and developing skills for weight management.

Fees: The cost for the series varies; scholarships are available. Some insurance providers may cover the cost, and funds from flexible spending accounts can be utilized for reimbursement.

- Beneficiaries aged 18 and older enrolled in TRICARE who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at an elevated risk for developing type 2 diabetes (as indicated by blood tests) are eligible.
