- Eligibility is for homeless single women or mothers with children seeking substance use disorder treatment who are: - committed to maintaining sobriety and fully engaging in the program - willing to adhere to Fuller House guidelines - ready to participate in community-based substance use disorder treatment - prepared to join self-help groups in the community - actively looking for work or educational opportunities.
