This initiative provides nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance for pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the federal poverty level. It primarily serves Suquamish tribal members and their families, along with other federally recognized tribal members.
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call to schedule an appointment. A nutrition assessment must be completed to evaluate nutritional risk.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Eligible participants include pregnant or breastfeeding women, along with infants and children under 5, specifically families living in Kitsap County and members of other federally recognized tribes residing within the Port Madison Indian Reservation.
