Offers complimentary urgent medical services and referrals to specialized, laboratory, and other medical services for those who qualify.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call to gather more information. Staff will conduct a brief assessment to establish eligibility.
Fees: Services at the clinic are provided at no charge. However, fees may be incurred for services obtained through external referrals.

- Residents of Lewis County and South Thurston County with a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, who are uninsured or underinsured, may qualify, including those with high deductibles, as long as care is within the clinic's urgent care scope.
