This service assists individuals without legal representation in family law matters in Superior Court, including divorce, modifications of child support, and adjustments to parenting plans. It provides explanations of court procedures and checks forms for accuracy. Legal advice is not provided.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call or visit the website. Appointments are available once a month at the Law & Justice Center and at select locations in eastern Lewis County.
Fees: A fee of $25 is required before scheduling an appointment, unless a prior determination of indigency has been made.
