This program offers nutritional support and educational resources for low-income pregnant individuals, new parents, infants, and children under five years old. Each month, families of two can receive benefits valued at approximately $150. Additionally, during the summer months, participants may obtain extra vouchers for farmers markets.

- Residents of Washington state who earn at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and face a nutrition risk are eligible, including pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and children under five. Those receiving Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF are also considered income-eligible.
