Intake Procedure: To apply, individuals can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Service Office (CSO) to request an application. After submitting either an online or paper application, applicants will receive a letter detailing the interview process. It is necessary to provide a Social Security number for each person included in the application. Applications must be submitted by December 19, 2024, to receive assistance for food lost in the latest disaster.
