This initiative provides outreach and case management for individuals struggling with substance use disorders (SUD), facilitating connections with peers who have faced similar challenges and can offer support and encouragement for a more promising life.
Intake Procedure: You can initiate contact by calling, visiting the website, or coming in person. Referrals from other organizations are also welcomed.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
