Public library services are offered at several locations across North Central WA, featuring materials in both Russian and Spanish. During extreme weather conditions, libraries function as warming and cooling centers during their regular hours of operation.
Intake Process: Individuals can obtain full access library cards in person, with applications accessible at all library branches.
Fees: Residents of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties can acquire library cards at no cost.
