Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, Blue Cross, and many other commercial insurances. For payment arrangements, contact Patient Financial Services at 360-642-6332. Uninsured individuals can seek help from financial counselors who will provide information on available programs and guidance on next steps. If a patient does not qualify for any government assistance, the clinic can assess their financial situation to determine eligibility for Financial Assistance Care.
