Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, Blue Cross, and most other private insurances. Payment options can be arranged by reaching out to Patient Financial Services at 360-642-6332. For uninsured patients, financial counselors will provide guidance on available programs and advice on next steps. If a patient does not qualify for any government assistance, the clinic will assess their financial situation to determine eligibility for Financial Assistance Care.
