Intake Procedure: You can apply for a library card by visiting the library or accessing the online application.
Fees: There are no charges for obtaining the card, and late fees are not applicable.

- Residents of Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, Lewis, and Pacific Counties, as well as individuals working or studying in the area, and Washington residents in regions with tax-supported library services through reciprocal borrowing agreements.
