This program offers tailored, continuous assistance to Medicaid-eligible youth with intricate behavioral health challenges and their families to help prevent or lessen the need for expensive and disruptive out-of-home placements.
Intake Procedure: To initiate services, call to arrange a screening, which can be done via phone or in person. Youth aged 13 and older may request a screening themselves and must provide consent for services if a parent requests the screening.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
