The Pend Oreille County Clerk is an elected position established by the Washington State Constitution, with designated responsibilities outlined by statutes and court regulations. As mandated by the Constitution, the Clerk serves as the ex-officio of the Superior Court and is responsible for maintaining official records and managing financial matters for the Superior Court.
