This program presents an affordable spay/neuter service for dogs and cats targeted at low-income individuals and families, along with budget-friendly vaccinations and other services for pets undergoing spay/neuter procedures.

Intake Procedure: You can either download and print an application or visit in person to collect one. Each pet receiving services requires a separate application. Appointments for spay/neuter can be arranged during the application drop-off, with varying wait times for scheduling.

Fees: For cats, neutering costs $50 and spaying costs $70, while feral cats are charged $25 for either procedure. For dogs, neutering fees are as follows: under 50 lbs: $95, 51-75 lbs: $110, 76-100 lbs: $125, and over 100 lbs: $140. Spaying fees for dogs are: under 50 lbs: $105, 51-75 lbs: $120, 76-100 lbs: $135, and over 100 lbs: $150.
