MVFR offers details regarding outdoor burning, requests for public records, and services that pertain to fire and life safety.
Application Process: Residents eligible within our district can acquire burn permits for free online. However, these permits are not accessible to individuals residing within the Black Diamond City Limits or any designated "Urban Growth Development area" as defined by King County and/or Puget Sound Clean Air.
Fees: Charges vary based on the service; please check online for specific information.

- Residents living within the fire district, located just east of Auburn between the Green and White rivers in unincorporated King County (including Auburn, Kent, and Enumclaw), the City of Black Diamond, and a portion of the Muckleshoot Tribe are eligible.
