The initiative aims to keep seniors connected with one another and their community. One of the primary offerings is the SAIL fitness class, which operates twice a week for around 30-40 seniors, along with a lunch service on Tuesdays.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can drop in during operating hours or check the website for more details and registration. Fitness classes are held from Monday to Thursday, while lunch is served at noon on Tuesdays.
Fees: A suggested donation of $4 is appreciated.
