This program offers a recognized apprenticeship preparation initiative through the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council, aimed at young adults of color between 18 and 26 years old who wish to pursue careers in the trades.
Intake Process: Step 1: Complete an Interest Form. Step 2: Arrange a meeting with a staff member to discuss the application steps. Step 3: Schedule an intake meeting with a member of the Palmer Pathways team, who will assist in submitting all required documents.
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- Must be a Pierce County resident, aged 18-26, identify as a person of color, and commit to attending all training sessions, staying substance-free during the program, and maintaining regular communication with the Palmer Pathways team.
