Intake Procedure: To apply, individuals can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Services Office (CSO) to get an application. Once the online or paper application is submitted, applicants will receive a letter detailing the interview process. It is necessary to provide a Social Security number for each person listed on the application. Applications must be submitted by December 19, 2024, to receive assistance for food lost in the latest disaster.
