This service provides a variety of behavioral health support for children, youth, and adults, which encompasses assessments, case management for both adults and children, relapse prevention, monthly monitoring, aftercare, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual counseling. Additionally, ADIS Classes are available at this location.
Intake Procedure: To begin, please call to arrange an appointment.
Fees: The service accepts Apple Health (Medicaid) or private insurance and provides a sliding scale for fees.
