This initiative delivers nutritious food, nutrition education, and breastfeeding assistance to pregnant individuals, new parents, and children under the age of 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level. Participants are provided with monthly food benefits and can also obtain seasonal vouchers for local farmers markets.
Intake Procedure: To get started, call to schedule an appointment. Applicants are required to undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate their nutritional risk.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
