Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call, and the intake line can accept collect calls.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- There are no general adoption restrictions. For Special Needs Adoption, families must have a child under 18 who is legally free, has special needs, is currently in state-funded foster care, or qualifies for federal adoption assistance.
