- Families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, which may include: - Hotels, motels, vehicles, parks, public areas, abandoned buildings, bus or train stations. - Transitional housing, emergency shelters, or domestic violence shelters. - Living with other families or relatives due to loss of housing or inability to secure affordable housing. - Students not residing with their parents or guardians and lacking permanent housing.
