Acerca de este recurso
This initiative provides support to low-income seniors and disabled adults, assisting them with transportation, minor home repairs, ramp installation, grab bar setup, yard maintenance, and running errands.
Intake Process: An assessment will take place at the client's home, and a volunteer will be assigned based on the urgency of the need and the availability of volunteers. All services are offered at no cost to clients, contingent on volunteer availability.
