Member Services offers assistance regarding medical providers and services available to members. The nurses' line addresses health-related inquiries and can assist in arranging doctor's appointments outside of regular hours. There is an official care plan designated for children, youth, and young adults in foster care.

Fees: There are no fees for Medicaid; Ambetter offers low-cost or no-cost options.

- Individuals enrolled in a Coordinated Care managed care plan who reside in Washington state and earn at or below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for this plan if they do not qualify for Medicare.
