Offers services to children from birth until their 21st birthday, regardless of their family's financial situation. The program accepts all types of Apple Health and most insurance plans, while uninsured children are accommodated on a sliding scale.

Intake Procedure: A parent or guardian can contact the office to schedule an appointment. Referrals may also come from school nurses.

Fees: The service provides a sliding scale fee structure. It accepts all forms of WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurances, including TriCare (United Healthcare Military & Veterans) Dental, with no out-of-pocket expenses for eligible services for families with qualifying incomes. No child in need of dental care is denied services due to inability to pay.
