Individual supported employment services assist those requiring extensive training and continuous support to find and retain jobs in the community.
Intake Process: A referral from a vocational counselor is needed, or individuals can reach out for additional details.
Costs: Most individuals can have their services funded by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). They will collaborate with individuals to determine if assistance is possible. If not, and the client is receiving Social Security benefits, they may offer a work incentive plan to help cover service expenses and minimize costs.
