Offers a variety of services such as alcohol and drug education, deferred prosecution programs, urinalysis, DUI evaluations, outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, and intensive outpatient care.

Intake Process: Contact for further details or to schedule an appointment. All referrals for treatment programs are accepted on a walk-in basis, with appointments arranged only upon request. If it is assessed that the individuals' needs may be better served at a different care level, STOP will work with them to ensure proper placement.

Costs: Accepts private insurance, private payments, and provides low-cost/sliding scale options. Also accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), excluding Molina and Coordinated Care.
