The local 9-1-1 service for Pierce County manages emergency calls and coordinates the dispatch of police, fire, and medical services across the region.
Intake Procedure: In case of a life-threatening emergency or to report an ongoing crime, dial 9-1-1. For incidents that need attention but are not emergencies, contact the non-emergency dispatch line at 253-287-4455 or toll-free within the state at 800-562-9800.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
