This program provides housing assistance to families with low incomes. The application list will remain open, meaning there is no rush to apply, and the timing of submissions will not affect selection. For crucial application information and updates, please click on the program name.
Application Process: Interested individuals can access the application at www.tacomahousing.net/waitlist. Ensure you are using the correct website. The application is free, but applicants need to register through THA's online portal. Each family may submit only one application, which must include a phone number and either a mailing or email address.
Costs: There are no fees associated with the application.
