This program provides rental assistance to low-income families. The waitlist is currently open, meaning there is no immediate need to apply, and the timing of applications does not affect selection. For important application details and updates, please click on the program name.
Application Process: The waitlist is open. After submitting an application, you will receive a confirmation number and an email acknowledging receipt. Ensure you access the correct website. The application is free, but applicants must register through THA's online portal. Instead of receiving a waitlist number, applicants will be chosen randomly. Each family can submit only one application, which must include a phone number and either a mailing or email address.
Fees: There are no fees.

- To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old and adhere to income guidelines, and while residing in Tacoma is not a requirement to apply, they must be willing to live there, with income capped at 80% of the Area Median Income.
